a film on female leadership, and selfempowerment in Senegal. In the film we follow the only female presidential candidate of Senegal during her campaign towards the next elections on 26 February 2012. She takes up the torch from her great grandmothers, the Women of Waalo.

Currently I am doing research on a film that will give an inside look into the vestiges of the slave-caste system in Mauritania (West-Africa). Due to be completed in 2012.
